Looking for a way to test your knowledge of FRD? Checkout HR Hero’s FRD Quiz at It is a quick five-question test that covers many of the typical workplace circumstances that can give rise to an FRD claim. The quiz also highlights not only employers’ legal obligations to their employees with caregiving responsibilities but employers’ rights as well.
